Feel ready when you arrive.
Check-in is a quick, personal process—usually just a few minutes, rather than a lengthy video. Staff will help you understand the facility and where you can shoot. Everyone must check in at the appropriate location before entering any range or bay.
01Rifle, pistol & archery
Check in at the RSO shack, clearly marked “Rifle, Pistol Check-In,” near the pistol bays.
- Complete the required waiver and tell staff about all firearms and ammunition you plan to use.
- Staff verify eye and ear protection and closed-toe shoes, then give you a short safety brief.
- Based on your firearms and calibers, staff explain which shooting areas you may use and which are prohibited.
- After check-in, head to the shooting area directed by staff.
02Shotgun sports
Check in at the Saltwaters office (Camo Building), adjacent to the pistol bays. This is also where you arrange memberships and purchase apparel or gun-cleaning products.
- Complete check-in and the required waiver. Staff verify that your ammunition is #7½, #8 or #9 shot.
